  Jeremiah is a manager with no customer service skills. Bought something a week ago, wanted to exchange for a higher priced item but dont have receipt. They know I bought it a week ago but will only give me lowest sales price from Black Friday.... All over $25... So I out my $600 worth of items back and headed to Sears instead. I informed Jeremiah of that he said yup we have our policies if you don't like then maybe shop elsewhere. Great, I will.

  We were just passing through and stopped in to get a few things. It was later at night and the store was not very busy. They had everything that we needed and checkout was fast. They had just opened their Toyland and we browsed around for a while and picked up some presents for upcoming birthdays and holidays.
